What is our delivery policy?
As a small boutique retailer, we have a longer than normal processing time. Currently, our estimated processing and delivery time for international shipping is around 4-5 weeks. We are working tirelessly to improve our lead times so that we can get our fantastic products to you sooner!
What is our returns policy?
Returns and exchanges can be made within 30 days of date of receipt. All items must be returned new, unused and with the labels still attached. Fill in the relevant information and enclose the dispatch note with your item(s). We recommend that you obtain a proof of postage. Return your item(s) using an international carrier advised by us.
A return or exchange without a receipt / order number will be granted store credit in the amount of the item(s) most recent sale price. Thrive Merit does not provide a refund for all orders, and all returns will be issued a store credit, which can be used on your next purchase. If you paid with a discount code, you will receive an email with a new discount code within 7-10 days.
Sale or promotional products are not eligible for returns or exchanges. All returned item(s) are subject to quality control. ATA Handels reserves the right to refuse a return if the item(s) have any signs or wear, alteration, misuse, or damage. ATA Handels will not be held responsible for any damages or loss occurred during the return shipment process. Unless it was a defective or wrong item(s) was sent to you, all returns are shipped at your own cost.
How do I return or exchange an item?
We will need you to return your item by post and place a new order. Only item(s) that are defective/damaged are applicable for free return. In any other circumstance, all returns are shipped at your own cost. You can choose to receive a new item (subject to availability) or you will be issued store credit to an equivalent value of the item(s) returned.
What if I receive a defective/damaged or wrong item?
If you receive a defective/damaged or wrong item, we kindly ask that you reach out to us via email at firstname.lastname@example.org and provide us with:
i. Brief description of the defect/damage/difference
ii. At least two pictures where the damage/defect/difference is clearly visible
Once we have received the required information, we will review your request within 5 working days. If we accept the reclamation, kindly ask that you return the product to us using an international carrier advised by us.
Only defective/damaged or wrong items shipped are applicable for free returns. In any other circumstance, all returns are shipped at your own cost.
How do I get my refund?

Who pays the return fees?
If you return an item due to an incorrect fit or any similar reason, return fees are paid by you. Only items that are defective/damaged or incorrectly shipped are applicable for free return.
What is our warranty policy?
All our normal priced wetsuits are covered by a twelve (12) month manufacturer's warranty on stitching, materials and construction. All our normal priced dive boots are covered by a six (6) month manufacturer's warranty on stitching, materials and construction.
The warranty period starts from the date of purchase and cases upon the expiration of the period. Your original purchase invoice, sales receipt or order confirmation email showing the date of purchase and product description, is your proof of the date of purchase.
ATA Handels has the sole discretion to repair or replace the item if it is defective, without any signs of wear, alteration, misuse or damage. Warranty is only valid with the original proof of purchase or receipt issued by ATA Handels or any authorised dealers or distributors. We also reserve the right to refuse the terms of warranty if the documents provided are false or incomplete. Repaired or replaced products do not extend the warranty period.
This warranty does not cover the following occurrences:
-Damage caused by anything other than defects in materials or workmanship.
-Damage caused by alteration, modification, repair and maintenance by unauthorised, third parties.
-Damage caused by extended or excessive exposure to sunlight and heating, improper handling or storage, or failure to follow instructions provided with this product.
-Damage caused by bleaching from chemicals, chlorinated water and polluted water
-This product when classified as being second hand (resold by original owner with existing defects).
-Normal wear and tear, including scratches, over-stretching and fading.
