We would like to update you that our SEABIKE delivery within Asia namely Hong Kong, Taiwan, China, Japan & Malaysia will be temporarily disrupted due to system upgrading from the local distributor. This might take up to 2 weeks - 1st week of September 2020 hopefully.
Other products are not affected!
Delivery to non-Asia continent are currently OKAY. Disruption may only be caused by Covid-19 priorities from logistic companies but will not take too long (for example: not more than 5 extra days). So, worry not and order away! The gift to yourself and your loved ones should not be postponed because we understand how important it is to you.

Our delivery services
Our international delivery services such as DHL, ARAMEX, FedEX are following the guidance of global health experts at the World Health Organization (WHO) and U.S. Centers for Disease Control (CDC) on preventing the spread of the COVID-19 virus. They regularly clean and disinfect their facilities and equipment.
Receiving Shipments
Many people are asking the same question: is it safe to receive and handle a shipment? The WHO and CDC have stated that the likelihood of catching the COVID-19 virus by touching cardboard or other another shipping container is low. From the outset, all international delivery services have maintained delivery services except where limited by government restrictions.
Exhibitions in 2020 & 2021
There are several dive exhibitions & events that have been postponed or rescheduled. We will keep our business partners, customers and associates informed as often as possible should there be any further changes that will affect us all.
Your Questions...
Can I purchase anything during restriction of movement & lockdown period?
Yes, certainly you can. You can still purchase our available products online and still write to us your wishes. If you would like to get your favorite wetsuit, make a custom designed wetsuit, order a dive equipment or dive computer, we are still able to assist you online. This is possible everyday from Monday-Friday, online.
Will I be able to receive my parcel on time?
We would like to assure you that you will still receive your parcel. During restriction of movement or lockdown in your cities(or the city of our warehouses), the likelihood of Delay is expected. Therefore, do expect delays to your parcel depending on the situation of Covid-19.
While staying abreast of the latest development of Covid-19, remember to keep calm, practice social distancing, and keep in touch with the old and vulnerable ones (via call/videocall) & stay healthy!
